He Danced His Way Across China?

Jake Gaba Dances Across China in 100 Days

Jake Gaba has made a nice creative effort and he reminds us that dance can be great fun even without a lot of technique. So much comes down to the spirit of the dancer.

Here’s what Jake wrote on YouTube about his project:

“My name is Jake Gaba, and I spent about 3 and a half months (100 days) in China studying Mandarin on a Dartmouth College study abroad program, and this is my way of cataloging my journey.”

“I knew I wanted to capture my experiences in a very special way, and I also knew that just taking photos of my travels wasn’t enough. I had to dance.”

“I danced and filmed all over, including: Beijing, Chengdu, Xi’An, Lhasa (Tibet), Yangshuo, Zhangjiajie, Shanghai, Feng Huang, and Hong Kong. In some locations I had 100+ people gathered around my camera taking pictures and videos on their phones.”
